【摘要】目的 探计老年骨折骨病规范化模式舒适人性化护理的效果。方法 对老年患者术前、心理、饮食、社会、皮肤、环境等舒适人性化护理。结果 患者满意度明显提高。结论 舒适人性化护理模式使护理工作更合理、规范。
