【摘要】目的总结经皮椎间孔内窥镜下腰椎间盘摘除术的护理特点和注意事项。方法我院自2006年采用经皮椎间孔内窥镜系统治疗椎间盘突出患者1000余例，术前进行体位耐受能力训练及评估，术后监测生命体征，观察下肢感觉运动功能、并发症观察及预防、生活护理、有效的功能锻炼及出院指导。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术，术后下腰痛均明显缓解或消失，住院期间未发生护理并发症。结论经皮椎间孔内窥镜下腰椎间盘摘除术前、术后的周到护理是使椎间盘突出导致慢性下腰痛的患者安全、顺利接受手术，降低术前、术后并发症发生率的重要保证。

    【Abstract】Objective To summary the nursing care feature of percutaneous tansforaminal endoscopic lumbar discectomy. Methodsfrom2006，percutaneous tansforaminal endoscopic lumbar discectomy was performed in about 1000 lumbar disc herniation patients. Positon training and evaluation before treatment, and monitoring vital sign after operation. ResultsAll the patients were operated successfully,the pain was alleviated or completely relieved after the operation. no complications about nursing care was reported. Conclusion Carefull nursing care before and after operation is not only very important for patients to be treated safely and successfully,but also vital to decrease the incidence of complications. ......
