【摘要】目的 探讨奶粉含三聚氰胺超标致婴幼儿泌尿系结石情况。方法 应用HDI 3000 3.5MHZ探头，检测三千余例食用三聚氰胺超标奶粉患儿，进行双肾、双侧输尿管检查。观察肾内强回声光团、光斑、光点的大小，以及后方有无声影。结果 3000余例中检出泌尿系小结石约50余例。结论 二维超声对诊断奶粉中含三聚氰胺超标致泌尿系结石具有很高的应用价值。
