【摘要】目的 探讨腹腔镜手术联合孕三烯酮治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿的临床应用价值。方法 回顾2007年1月至2010年9月我院65例卵巢巧克力囊肿患者均在腹腔镜下成功的完成手术，其中一侧卵巢囊肿切除术44例，双侧囊肿切除术19例，一侧附件切除术2例，同时行输卵管造口术1例。随机分成两组：手术后联合孕三烯酮药物治疗组34例，单纯手术组31例，患者术后随访6~20个月。结果 术后联合药物治疗组有效率为97.05%，单纯手术组有效率为83.87%，术后联合药物治疗组的疗效明显高于单纯手术组(P<0.05)。服用孕三烯酮的患者中有2例转氨酶升高。结论 腹腔镜术后联合孕三烯酮治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿明显好于单纯手术治疗。是临床治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿安全有效的治疗方案。

    【Abstract】Objective To evaluate laparoscopic surgery combined with chocolate gestrinone treatment of ovarian cysts application. Methods from January 2007 to September 2010 in our hospital 65 cases of ovarian chocolate cysts were successfully completed in laparoscopic surgery, which side of the ovarian cystectomy in 44 cases, bilateral cystectomy in 19 cases, the side oophorectomy in 2 cases, while tubal colostomy in 1 case. Randomly divided into two groups: post-operative joint gestrinone drug treatment group, 34 patients, 31 patients received surgery alone, patients were followed up for 6 to 20 months. Results After combined drug treatment group was 97.05%, surgery alone group was 83.87%, after the efficacy of combination therapy group was significantly higher than the surgery alone group (P <0.05). Patients taking gestrinone transaminase elevation in 2 cases. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery combined gestrinone treatment of ovarian cysts was significantly better than surgery alone. Clinical treatment of ovarian chocolate cysts safe and effective treatment. ......
