【摘要】目的 探讨化疗、音乐疗法、放疗在宫颈癌治疗中的应用价值研究。方法 自2001年1月起我院对宫颈癌患者给予化疗、音乐疗法、放疗综合治疗,选择2001年1月-2011年6月符合入组标准的宫颈癌患者共1609例, 首先给予2个疗程联合化疗结合音乐疗法为治疗组(A组); 另选择2000年1月-2011年6月接受单纯放疗的375例宫颈癌患者作对照(B组)。比较两组患者的近期控制情况、长期生存率及并发症的发生情况。结论 化疗结合音乐疗法联合放疗对宫颈癌的治疗是安全有效的, 能明显提高患者的近期疗效和长期生存率, 特别是对于宫颈腺癌及临床晚期患者效果尤为显著。

    【Abstract】Objective To investigate the chemotherapy, music therapy, radiation therapy in cervical cancer research value. Methods From January 2001 onwards hospital for cancer patients given chemotherapy, music therapy, radiotherapy combined therapy, choose January 2001-June2011meet the inclusion criteria a total of 1609 cases of cervical cancer, the first two courses given combination of music therapy combined with chemotherapy for the treatment group (A group); another choice in January 2000 - June 2011 received radiotherapy alone, 375 cases of cervical cancer as control (B). Recently two groups were compared controls, long-term survival and complications were observed. Conclusion Music therapy combined with chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy for cervical cancer treatment is safe and effective, can significantly improve the patient's short-term efficacy and long-term survival, especially for patients with advanced cervical cancer, and clinical effect is particularly significant. ......
