减少重金属摄入的食用策略探析

     [摘要] 源自工业“三废”的不合理排放,农药、化肥、兽药与饲料添加剂的违规使用,及劣质食品加工器具与包装贮存材料等的有毒重金属,造成食品污染,严重危害人体健康。消费者应采取绿色选购、科学加工、合理膳食等措施,以减少重金属摄入,保障食品安全和人体健康。

    Edible Strategy Of Reducing The Intake Of The Heavy Metal

    [Abstract] The poisonous heavy metals from industry “three wastes” discharges unreasonably, agricultural chemicals, chemical fertilizer, veterinary medicine and feed additive contrary use, and inferior food processing appliances and packing storing materials cause the food serious pollution, which do harm to human body. The consumer should reduces the heavy metal by purchasing green food , science processing, reasonable meals to safeguards food security and the human health.
