[摘要]目的 探讨胸膜反应与肋骨骨折的相关性。方法 通过收集52例肋骨骨折伴胸膜反应的患者资料,进行回顾性分析。结果 常规胸部后前位片加双能量肋骨片,28例患者明确有肋骨骨折合并胸膜反应,24例仅有局限性胸膜反应或少量胸腔积液征象,通过多轴位透视观察加摄斜位胸片发现肋骨骨折。 结论 胸膜反应征象是胸部外伤病人存在肋骨骨折的重要的间接影像学证据,需常规行多轴位透视并摄片以进一步检查。

    Reaction of the pleura associated with rib fractures

    [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the correlation between the pleura reaction and rib fractures. Methods: data from 52 patients with rib fractures and related pleural reaction were collected and analyzed retrospectively. Results: After routine anteroposterior position chest radiographs with double energy subtraction, 28 patients were diagnosed rib fractures with clear pleural reaction; other 24 cases with only pleural reaction, or only a small amount of pleural effusion observation, were confirmed rib fracture through the multiple axial view under fluoroscopy or photographs at oblique positions. Conclusion: patients with signs of pleural reaction after chest trauma were important indirection radiological proofs to the rib fracture, which often need to add multiple axial view under fluoroscopy or photographs at oblique positions routinely. ......
