[摘要] 胃癌手术治疗是目前胃癌治疗的主要有效手段。胃癌手术治疗的探索不断深入。主要的进展包括胃癌微创手术治疗的应用。处理得当,可减少并发症,损伤。胃癌根治性手术的规范性应用,胃癌扩大根治术的定义和类型的统一,改善患者生活质量的保留胃功能手术的兴起,早期胃癌局部手术的应用,以及内镜下创伤治疗的开展。
