[摘要]两患者因上感服用阿莫西林胶囊0.5g,tid,2天后出现全身颤动、四肢不由自主节律性抖动,肌张力增高、行走不稳等锥体外系症状,停服阿莫西林,1例给予肌注东莨菪碱后,两患者锥体外系症状完全消失。

    [Abstract]The two patients because of the sense of taking amoxicillin 0.5g, tid, 2 days later, whole body tremors, involuntary rhythmic limb jitter, increased muscle tone, gait ataxia and other extrapyramidal symptoms, stop taking amoxicillin, 1 patients were treated with intramuscular injection of scopolamine, the two patients with extrapyramidal symptoms disappeared completely.
