[摘要]目的了解南京市六合区居民的健康素养水平,为今后制定六合区居民健康教育政策提供科学依据。 方法采用随机抽样的方法,抽取六合区330名常住人口作为本次健康素养监测的对象,采用面对面的访谈方式进行问卷调查。 调查的内容包括个人基本情况、基本健康知识和健康行为题三部分。结果共回收有效问卷300份,有效问卷率达到90.9%。调查对象总体健康知识知晓率为73.8%,男性为73.2% 女性为75.6%,<30岁、30岁-、50岁及以上3个年龄组的知晓率分别为74.2%、73.6%和68.8%,健康知识知晓率女性高于男性,高年龄人群低于年轻人群。调查对象的健康行为形成率为79.0%,女性的健康行为形成率普遍高于男性,大部分健康行为的形成率均以>50岁组最低,教师的健康行为形成率最高,且随着文化程度的提高,人群健康知识知晓率呈现逐渐上升的趋势。 结论六合区居民的健康素养水平有待提高,今后应针对不同的年龄,不同性别文化程度的调查对象制定不同的健康教育与健康促进策略,选择恰当的健康传播工具与健康宣传材料以提高健康宣传的效果。

Survey on health literacy status among rural non-internet people of Luhe District in Nanjing
[Abstract]ObjectiveTo understand the health literacy level among rural non-internet people of Lu he District ,to provide scientific evidence for future development of health education policy. MethodsCluster sampling was used to recruit the study subjects and face to face interview was used to collect information.330 residents of Luhe District were investigated .three parts of problems were covered in the surveyResults300 valid questionnaires were collected and the rate of valid questionnaires was 90.9% . The average rate of health knowledge was 73.8%, 73.2% for males , 75.6% for females,74.2%in the under 30 age group, 70.6%in 30-50 age group and62.8%in above 50 age group. Females were better than males in understanding the health knowledge .The average rate of health behaviors was 79.0%, most of the health behavior of the formation rate with > 50 years were the lowest, teachers have the highest rate of healthy behavior, and with the increasing level of education , the rate of people's health behaviors showed a rising tendency .Conclusion The level for the health literacy of rural residents needed to be proved. Health education and promotion should concentrate on the different age, gender and the level of education, the health communication tools and health promotion material needs to be properly selected, so as to enhance the effect of health promotion.
