[摘要]目的调查分析突发性耳聋住院病人的焦虑抑郁状态及其影响因素,探讨如何采取有效的心理护理干预。 方法 应用焦虑自评量表(SAS) 和 抑郁自评量表(SDS) 调查分析83例突发性耳聋住院病人焦虑抑郁状态及其相关因素，并进行护理干预。 结果 17～29岁年龄段患者的焦虑指数明显高于其他年龄段， 60岁以上年龄段患者的抑郁指数明显高于其他年龄段；男性抑郁指数高于女性，女性焦虑指数高于男性；听力损失重度组抑郁和焦虑指数均明显高于轻度和中度组；大学以上组患者的焦虑和抑郁指数均高于其他学历组患者；自费病人的抑郁指数高于公费病人。加强心理护理干预后，疗效较以往提高了8.2%。 结论 针对性的护理干预能有效促进突发性耳聋患者病情的良性转归,有助于提高治疗效果。

The anxiety and depression status of 83 cases with sudden deafnessandnursing intervention

[Abstract]ObjectiveThe study aims to investigate the anxiety and depression status of the patients with sudden deafness and its influencingfactors, and to carry through effective psychological nursing.Methods The self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) were used to assess the anxiety and depression status of 83 patients with sudden deafness and psychological nursing intervention.Results17 to 29 years age groups, the anxiety index was significantly higher than other age groups, age over 60 years groups ,the depression index was significantly higher than other age groups; male groups ,the depression index washigher than the female groups , female groups ,the anxiety index was higher than men groups ; severe hearing loss groups theindex of depression and anxiety were significantly higher than the mild and moderate groups; college group of patients with anxiety and depression index were higher than patients with other qualifications; self-paying patient depression index was higher than at public expense. Strengthen the psychological nursing intervention, the effect of a 8.2% increase over the previous.Conclusion Providing appropriate psychological care can effectively advance the benign prognosis of patients with sudden deafness andhelptoimprovetreatment.
