[摘要] 目的 探讨股前外侧穿支皮瓣在修复眼镜蛇咬伤后四肢皮肤软组织坏死创面的临床疗效。方法 22例患者经手外科治疗前的早期处理、扩创手术后、行游离股前外侧皮瓣修复眼镜蛇咬伤后创面，分析疗效。结果 22例皮瓣全部成活，术后随访6～18个月，皮瓣质地柔软，皮瓣颜色满意，外观不臃肿，无需二期行皮瓣修薄手术，肢体活动多恢复良好。结论 股前外侧穿支皮瓣供区隐蔽，皮瓣薄，质地好，手术方便，血运可靠，是治疗眼镜蛇咬伤后四肢皮肤软组织缺损的理想选择。

    [Abstract] ObjectiveTo study the clinical effect of anterolateral thigh perforator flaps on repairing the limb skin and soft tissue necrosis wound caused by cobra bite. MethodAfter thorough early treatment and debridement, we used the way of free anterolateral thigh flap to repaired 22 cases of wounds caused by cobra bite. ResultsFollow-up 6 to 18 months, all flaps survived operations and recover well in quality, color and appearance all patients. It is no need for patients whose limb activities obtain good recovery to do the second stage operation. ConclusionBecause of its best hiddeness of donor site, thinness, good quality convenience for operation and good blood supply, the anterolateral thigh perforator flaps has become the ideal choice for repairing the skin and soft tissue defect caused by cobra bite. ......
