济安舒能应用于132例剖宫产术后切口的疗效观察(1)

【摘要】 目的 观察济安舒能对促进剖宫产术后切口愈合及减少并发症发生的效果。方法 选取2009年行剖宫产手术的(262)例患者,随机分为观察组与对照组。观察组切口护理除常规术后切口护理每日予0.5%碘伏液消毒伤口外,给予济安舒能喷洒切口。对照组只采用常规术后切口护理每日予0.5%碘伏液消毒伤口。结果 患者术后5天出院时,观察组切口甲级愈合率97.7%,对照组甲级愈合率87.69% ,观察组有红肿硬结4例占2.1% ,无感染、无切口裂开,对照组红肿硬结16例占11.8% , 2例表浅裂开、感染占2.0% 。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论 应用济安舒能喷洒宫产术后切口,其切口愈合快,并发症发生率低,且操作简便又经济实惠,值得临床推广应用。

剖宫产是产科较大和常见的手术,即在小腹部作一条长10厘米的切口,打开腹腔,切开子宫,取出胎儿然后层层缝合。手术伤口大,创面广,又和隐藏有细菌的阴道相通连,所以,很容易发生切口愈合不良及产生并发症,特别是切口裂口、液化、感染,不仅给患者身心健康造成损害,并加重经济负担,也增加了医生的工作压力,甚至引起医患纠纷。因此,引起临床产科工作者的广泛关注。所以做好剖宫产术后切口护理,促进切口愈合,使产妇尽早顺利康复出院是我们产科医务工作人员不可推卸和忽略的责任和义务。本文对我院2009年132例剖宫产术后切口应用济安舒能进行喷洒,在减少切口并发症,促进切口愈合方面取得良好的效果,现报告如下:
1 资料与方法
1.1 临床资料:选择2009年1月～2009年12月在我院行剖宫产的产妇262人,年龄在25～39岁,初产妇(180)例,经产妇(80)例,孕龄37-42周以内,将其随机分为两组,2009年1月～2009年6月为对照组(130人),其中医学指征(75)例,非医学指证(55)例,2009年7月一2009年12月为观察组(132人),其中医学指征(80)例,非医学指证(52)例,两组均排除切口缝合的技术性因素。
1.2 方法:观察组与对照组均于术后第二天开始切口护理,观察组除常规术后切口护理每日予0.5%碘伏液消毒伤口外,给予济安舒能喷洒切口每日1～2次,对照组只采用常规术后切口护理每日予0 ......
