绝经妇女取宫内节育器的临床用药研究(1)

【摘要】 目的 探讨两种药物在绝经后妇女取宫内节育器术中的临床效果。方法 选择自愿取宫内节育器的绝经后妇女120例,随机分成A组(研究组)60例,B组(对照组)60例,两组在年龄、置器时间、绝经时间、孕产次等方面无统计学差异,具有可比性(P>0.05)。A组术前7d给倍美力软膏睡前阴道用药,1g/d,第8天来我所门诊予米索前列醇400 μg舌下含服,2 h后取器。B组60例,仅用米索前列醇,用法与A组相同。观察两组宫颈扩张情况、疼痛程度、术中出血、手术时间、取器结果及药物不良反应。结果 两组宫颈扩张程度无明显差异,手术时间、术中出血、疼痛程度、取器结果有统计学差异(P<0.05),A组有1例在使用倍美力软膏后有轻微胃肠道反应。结论 倍美力软膏配伍米索前列醇应用于绝经后妇女取宫内节育器手术,是一种简单、安全、有效的方法,值得临床推广。
