【摘要】目的:探讨经阴道超声下生理盐水造影对宫腔病变诊断价值。方法:回顾分析了45例经阴道超声下生理盐水造影后的宫腔声像表现，并与常规超声检查作比较。结果:45例患者经阴道超声造影后，31例得到明确诊断，其中内膜息肉14例，内膜增生9例，粘膜下小肌瘤8例，未见明确病变14例，对造影阳性者均由宫腔镜或术后病理证实。结论 经阴道超声下生理盐水造影是诊断宫腔病变的一种简单经济的有效方法。

    Transvaginal ultrasound imaging of the uterine cavity with normal saline under the lesion observed

Methods A retrospective analysis of 45 cases of transvaginal ultrasound-guided saline contrast uterine cavity after the audio-visual performance and comparison with conventional ultrasound.Results 45 patients by contrast-enhanced ultrasound, 32 cases diagnosis definifely have been the show 16 cases of endometrial hyperplasia, endometrial polyps in 11 cases, a small submucosal fibroids in 7 cases, no specific lesions in 11 cases, angiography showed positive right through the hysteroscope or postoperative pathology.Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound-guided saline contrast diagnosis of intrauterine lesions in a simple and effective method of economy. ......
