【摘要】目的:探讨高眼压下小梁切除术的可行性、安全性及临床效果。方法:选取本院2008-2011年在高眼压下行小梁切除术25例(30只眼)，并对其手术方式及术前、术后注意事项加以分析。结果:所有患者术后眼痛、头痛等症状均消失，患者术后视力较术前提高者21只眼(70%)，术后视力不变者9只眼(30%)，1周内眼压均得到控制，术中及术后未发生严重的并发症。结论:只要做好术前准备、手术规范细致、术后严格观察等方面，在高眼压下小梁切除不但是安全而且效果良好。

    【Abstract】 Objective To avaluate the efficacy of trabeculectomy with durative intraocular hypertension. Methods Trabeculectomy was performed on 25 cases(30 eyes) on trabeculectomy with durative intraocular hypertension from2008to 2011 in our hospital and the clinical informations were analyzed. Results The symptoms were disappeared after operation in all patients. 21 eyes(70%) had improved visual acuity, 9 eyes(30%) remained the same.In all patients IOP were controlled in one week. No serious complications were documented either during or after operation. Conclusion Trabeculectomy with durative intraocular hypertension is safe and effective.
