【摘要】 目的 探讨西北地区基层军官主观幸福感状况以及相关因素。方 法 采用主观幸 福感指数量表对300名驻西北基层军官进行调查，同时对60名公务员作为对照组进行调查。 结果 西北地区基层军官主观幸福感指数与常模相比没有显著差异，但却显 著低于对照组。影响主观幸福感的负性因素有：高学历、入伍前在城镇生活、独生子以及夫 妻分居等。结论 西北地区基层军官主观幸福感指数与公务员相比显著偏 低，可以从部队生活和娱乐条件方面给予改进。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the SWB and the related factors of t he first-line PLA officer in the northwestChina.
