    【摘要】目的：减少小切口腋臭根治术的手术并发症，提高治疗效果。方法：采用肿胀麻醉，保留真皮下血管网，重视精细操作，留置皮缘牵引线利于翻转、修剪皮瓣，减轻对皮瓣的捻挫伤，缝合切口前剪除皮缘1mm，术区放置引流条，术区打包加压包扎，肩部止动。结果：术后无皮瓣坏死、皮下积液、切口裂开，并发症发生率明显降低。结论：重视小切口腋臭根治术中的细节处理，可明显降低手术并发症。
