活血通脉中药热敷预防输液性静脉炎的临床研究(1)

【摘要】目的：探讨活血通脉中药对输液性静脉炎的预防效果。方法：将在我院静脉输注20%甘露醇的患者，按输液顺序随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组采用“七味通脉热敷贴”，在静脉穿刺点上方5～10cm皮肤持续热敷，每日1贴，至输液结束后24h止；对照组采用50%硫酸镁溶液在静脉穿刺点上方5～10cm皮肤湿热敷，温度50℃左右，每日3次，每次30min，至输液结束后24h止。两组静脉炎分级诊断均采用美国静脉输液护理学会所规定静脉炎分级标准进行。结果：采用“七味通脉热敷贴”热敷的试验组患者，静脉炎的发生率为13.46%，硫酸镁热敷对照组患者，静脉炎发生率为32.69%，经Pearson Chi-Square Test表明，χ2=18.99，P<0.01，差异有显著性，表明试验组对静脉炎的预防效果明显优于对照组。结论：自研的“七味通脉热敷贴”局部外敷，预防输液性静脉炎效果明显优于50%硫酸镁湿热敷，可操作性强，无皮肤刺激等不良反应，值得在临床上推广。

【Abstract】Objective：To discuss huoxuetongmai chinese medicine infusion phlebitis of the preventive effect.Methods：To our hospital at 20% mannitol infusion patients，according to the orderof infusion were randomly divided into test group and control group.Test group of "hot paste TongmaiQiwei"，venipuncture at 5~10cm at the top of the skin continued to heat，a day to 24h after the infusion ended.Control group，50% magnesium sulfate solution using venipuncture at 5 ~ 10cm at the top of the skin hot and humid enough，the temperature around 50 ℃，3 times daily，each time 30min，and 24h after the infusion ended.Diagnosis of phlebitis were graded using the United States Instituteof intravenous infusion care provided for grading standards phlebitis.Results：The use of "paste Fomentation Tongmai Qiwei" heat of the test group patients，the incidence of phlebitis for 13.46%，magnesium sulfate in patients with heat control group，the incidence of phlebitis for 32.69%，By the Pearson Chi-Square Test shows that，χ2 = 18.99，P <0.01，the difference was significant，indicating that the experimental group on the prevention of phlebitis was better than the control group.Conclusion：Since the study of "hot paste Tongmai Qiwei" partial external application，the prevention of infusion phlebitis was better than 50% magnesium sulfate sufficient heat may be feasible，without side effects such as skin irritation，it is worth promoting in clinical.
