    【摘要】目的 调查住院肿瘤患者发生院内感染情况,探讨发生感染原因,寻求相应的护理措施,降低院内感染率。方法 采用回顾性分析方法,对2009年上半年凉山某三甲医院肿瘤内科590例患者出院病历院内感染相关因素在统一标准的基础上用SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果 590例患者中院内感染率为18.1%。患者的年龄、性别,尤其是化疗次数、激素使用等因素影响着院内感染率。结论 分析影响院内感染的相关因素,树立标准预防概念,加强健康教育、规范化护理等,对降低院内感染率,降低住院费用,提高患者的生存质量有重要意义。

    【Abstract】ObjectiveTo investigate the nosocomial infection about hospitalized tumor patients,approach the reasons of the infection,seek for the corresponding nursing measures,and decrease the incidence of the nosocomial infection.Methods Take retrospective analysis measures,the cause of the nosocomial infection about the 590 patients’ discharge summary who hospitalized in some three level of first-class hospital in Liang Shan during the first half year of 2009 ,was made statistical analysis by SPSS software under the unified stander. Results The incidence of the nosocomial infection was 18.1% in the 590 patients. The incidence of the nosocomial infection was influed by the age,sex, and especially using corticosteroid, chemotherapeutic times,et.al.Conclusion To analysis the related factors in the nosocomial infection,create the standered prevention concept,strengthen health education,and normalize nursing et.al,were made a important significance to decrease the incidence of the nosocomial infection and hospitalization expenses,and improve the patients quality. ......
