    【摘要】本文报告了50例脑脓肿,其中一般性脑脓肿31例,脑小脓肿19例(强化灶<1.5cm),并对其发病部位、临床表现及CT和MRI表现的主要特点进行讨论。

    【Abstract】This article reported 50 cases of cerebral abscess, including 31general cerebral abscesses and 19 smal l cerebral abscesses(enhancedfoci<1.5cm).It also discussed that the main characteristics of the disease location,the clinical manifestations and CT/MRI findings of the disease.
