     摘要：柴胡桂枝干姜汤一般用于治疗少阳病兼水饮内停或津液损伤。本文结合案例二则，阐释柴胡桂枝干姜汤证病机，提出该方可治疗胆热脾寒、肝郁脾虚所致积聚肿块，旨在拓展柴胡桂枝干姜汤的应用。
