    【摘 要】 目的保障军队飞行员大批、多部队、同时间入院情况下接诊科护理工作的正常进行。方法 根据接诊科护理工作内容，将接诊科护理工作分为准备阶段、接站阶段和入院阶段3个阶段，并细化各个阶段工作内容，保证接诊科护理工作有序、高效地完成。结果 飞行员对接诊科护理工作满意率为98%以上。结论 接诊科护理工作程序化是高质量完成飞行部队大批、多部队、短时间入院工作的重要手段。

    【Abstract】Objective To ensure the quality of nursing when a large of and many unit of the pilots of air-force enter the out-patient department at the same time. Method According to the nursing work of the out-patient department, the nursing work was divided into the preparing stage, receiving stage and entering stage. Each stage work was refined to ensure the nursing work highly effective. Results The satisfaction ratio of pilots for the quality of nursing was more than 98%. Conclusion The sequential nursing is the important means to ensure the quality of nursing when a large of and many unit of the pilot of air-force enter the out-patient department at the same time.
