【摘 要】 护士心理问题普遍存在,心理问题的形成有多种因素。护士心理问题的预警机制包括确立心理问题预警指标体系、确定心理问题预警的对象和范围、评估预警信息和发布警告。护士心理问题的干预机制有宣传干预、教育干预、辅导干预等具体的干预措施。在当今社会下,关注护士心理问题,研究护士心理问题的预警和干预机制,对于增强护士心理健康与构建和谐社会有重要的现实意义。

    【Abstract】 Psychological problems are common among nurses,which are caused by many fators.Early warning mechanism for psychological problems includes establishing early-warning index system, establishing objects and scope of early-warning, assessing information and giving warnings. The intervention mechanism of psychological problems includes specific measures such as propaganda, education and counselling . In order to reinforce psychological health of nurses and construct a harmonious society ,it bears great practical significance to concern the psychological problems of nurses and to study their warning and intervention mechanism in modern society.
