【摘要】 目的 在科研及临床领域,评估胰岛素敏感性及胰岛β细胞功能。方法 应用直接、间接的胰岛素敏感性测定法和胰岛素脉冲样分泌模式的检测、胰岛β细胞分泌刺激试验。结果 通过直接、间接测定胰岛素敏感性、胰岛β细胞分泌刺激试验等方法对机体外周胰岛素敏感性、肝胰岛素敏感性和胰岛素分泌能力进行评估。结论 目前各种胰岛素敏感性测定法、胰岛素脉冲样分泌模式的检测、胰岛β细胞分泌刺激试验在评估胰岛素敏感性及胰岛β细胞功能中具有较强的实用价值。

    【Abstract】ObjectiveTo evaluate sensitivity of insulin and function of beta cell of islet in the domain of scientific research and clinic.MethodsDirect and indirect measurement of insulin sensitivity,detection of pulsatile secretory patterns andisletβ-cells secretion stimulus test were used.Results Peripheral insulin sensitivity,hepatic insulin sensitivity and insulin secretion were assessed by detections such as direct and indirect measurement of insulin sensitivity and isletβ-cells secretion stimulus test.ConclusionAt present,various kinds of measurement of insulin sensitivity,detection of pulsatile secretory patterns andisletβ-cells secretion stimulus test are of great application value in assessment insulin sensitivity and function of beta Cell of islet. ......
