老年脑梗死溶栓治疗的临床研究

【摘要】 目的 探讨老年脑梗死溶栓治疗的临床和安全性。方法 把老年急性脑梗死患者86例随机分为尿激酶溶栓组44例,对照组42例,进行临床观察及疗效对照。结果 尿激酶溶栓组的基本痊愈率、总显效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组的神经功能评分减少程度明显有异于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),未发现明显副作用。结论 尿激酶溶栓治疗老年急性脑梗死安全、有效。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of thrombolysis therapy in elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 86 elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into urokinase thrombolysis group and control group.A clinical observation and comparison were made between the two groups.Results The basic cure rate,excellence rate and total effective rate of the urokinase thrombolysis group were significantly higher than those of the control group.The reduction of neurologic deficit score of the urokinase thrombolysis group was less than that of the control group.Conclusion Urokinase thrombolysis is safe and effective in treating cerebral infarction in elderly patients.
