摘 要 目的：探讨氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗高血压伴高血脂的临床效果。方法：60例高血压伴高血脂患者被随机分成治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组给予氨氯地平5 mg/d+阿托伐他汀钙10 mg/d治疗；对照组患者给予缬沙坦80 mg/d+阿托伐他汀钙10 mg/d治疗，疗程为6个月。治疗期间定期检查患者的血、尿常规、肝肾功能、心电图和血脂。结果：经过治疗后，两组患者血压均有下降，治疗组患者血压下降幅度更大(P<0.05)；患者TC、TG和LDL-C水平均有明显下降，HDL-C水平有所升高(P<0.05)，组间比较无统计学意义。不良反应较少，未影响其正常治疗。结论：氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗高血压伴高血脂效果明显，可以在社区推广应用。

Clinical observation of amlodipine combined with atorvastatin calcium
in the treatment of hypertension accompanied by hyperlipidemia

ABSTRACT Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of amlodipine combined with atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of hypertension with hyperlipidemia. Method： Sixty hypertension cases with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group， 30 cases each. The treatment group was given amlodipine 5 mg/d plus atorvastatin 10 mg/d and the control group treated with valsartan 80 mg/d plus atorvastatin calcium 10 mg/d， whose courses of treatment were 6 months. During the period of treatment， the patients’ blood， urine routine， hepatorenal function， electrocardiogram and blood lipid were checked. Result： After treatment， the blood pressure of patients declined. The decline range the treatment group was greater (P<0.05). The levels of TC， TG and LDL-C of the patients were significantly decreased. The level of HDL-C increased (P<0.05). The comparison of the two groups had no statistical significance. Untoward effect was less， which did not affect the normal treatment.
