【摘要】目的：探讨肱骨外髁骨折患儿采用舒适护理的效果。方法：将我院2006年1月～2009年3月收治的小儿肱骨外髁骨折70例随机分为常规护理组和舒适护理组各35例，比较分析两组的护理效果。结果：舒适护理组患儿恢复的优良率为97.14%，常规护理组为82.86%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义(χ²=3.9683，P<0.05)。结论：肱骨外髁骨折患儿采用舒适护理效果满意，值得在临床护理工作中推广应用。

    【Abstract】Objective: To explore the nursing effect of fracture of humeral lateral condyle in children with comfortable nursing.
