莪术油在混合性阴道炎治疗中的疗效分析

     【摘要】本文主要讨论莪术油在混合性阴道炎的治疗中的疗效。混合性阴道炎是由滴虫,细菌,霉菌,真菌等混合感染引起的阴道炎症。其致病原因主要有不洁性生活;滥用抗生素造成阴道内正常菌群失调;接触脚气,灰指甲患者等传染源。我院妇科门诊从2009年1 月到2009年2月共接诊混合性阴道炎患者170例,经过系统的治疗均效果良好,跟踪观察其复发率也比较低。经阴道复方莪术油栓给药治疗后,临床症状消失,治疗有效率治愈率达100%,治愈率为98%,细菌性阴道病治愈率为94.1%,滴虫性阴道炎治愈率为80%,念珠菌合并霉菌感染性阴道炎治愈率为77%,滴虫性阴道炎合并细菌感染性阴道炎治愈率为95.7%,霉菌合并细菌感染性阴道炎治愈率为79.80%,念珠菌合并细菌感染性阴道炎治愈率在78.%。

    ZEDOARY OIL`S EFFICACY IN THE TREATMENT OF MIXED VAGINITIS

    【Abstract】This article mainly explained the zedoary oil’s efficacy in the treatment of mixed vaginitis . Mixed vaginitis caused by trichomoniasis,bacteria,streptomyces,fungi etc.The main causes of this disease isdirty sex life,vaginal dysbateriosis because of abuse of antibiotics,contact the sources of infection .Our hospital Treated 170 mixed vaginitis patients from January 2009 to February 2009,after the treatment of zedoary oil,all the patients feel good.And the relapse rates is low.During the treatment of mixed vaginitis,the clinical symptoms disappear after use the zedoary oil properly.The efficient rate was 100%, the cure rate was 98%, bacterial vaginosiss cure rate was 94.1%, trichomonas vaginitiss cure rate was 80%, fungal infection combined Candida vaginitiss cure rate was 77%, trichomonas vaginitis with bacterial infections cure rate was 95.7%, mold with bacterial vaginitis infections cure rate was 79.80%, Candida vaginitis combined bacterial infections cure rate was in 78.%. ......
