【摘要】阐述以人为本的产科护理理念,营造人性化的住院环境,实施以人为本的护患沟通、产程陪伴、生活照顾及心理情感支持等护理措施,构建和谐护患关系,提高了产科护理质量,提升了护士的职业形象。
