综上所述,在低龄低体质量的PBSC采集中,为确保采集成功,必须做好采集前的准备工作,建立通畅的体外循环通道,确定合理的采集时机,设置个体化的采集程序与参数,并注意预防、观察和及时处理采集过程中出现的不良反应。
