质量管理体系在门诊护理管理中的应用
【摘要】目的:探讨质量管理体系在门诊护理管理中的应用价值。方法:总结我院将质量管理体系应用于门诊护理管理中的成功经验,并结合相关文献,形成理论。结果:通过引进质量管理体系,我院门诊护理管理质量和效率得到有效提升,患者满意度有了显著提高。结论:科学利用质量管理体系可有效提高护理管理水平,改善门诊护患关系,值得临床推广。【关键词】质量管理体系;门诊护理;护理管理
