慢性萎缩性胃炎92例临床分析
【摘要】目的:对慢性萎缩性胃炎临床分析,探讨慢性萎缩性胃炎的病因及其治疗方式。方法:对92例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者采用活检方法和幽门螺杆菌(Hp)检测。结果:本组Ⅰ级26例,占28.3%;Ⅱ级50例,占54.4%;Ⅲ级16例,占17.3%。92例均有肠上皮化生重度Hp感染者4例,轻、中度Hp感染者88例。本组42例可见腺体萎缩,占45.7%;35例不典型增生,占38.0%;15例肠化生,占16.3%。结论:慢性萎缩性胃炎与人的年龄、吸烟、饮酒等因素相关。胃镜检查是目前慢性萎缩性胃炎的主要诊断手段。【关键词】慢性萎缩性胃炎;胃镜;病因

【Abstract】Objective:Analysis of chronic atrophic gastritis,chronic atrophic gastritis of the causes and treatment.Methods:By biopsy and Helicobacter pylori (Hp) detection for 92 Patients with chronic atrophic gastritis.Results:26 Patients of grade Ⅰ,accounting for 28.26%.50 Patients of grade Ⅱ,accounting for 54.35%.16 Patients of grade Ⅲ,accounting for 17.39%.92 Patients were intestinal metaplasia,mild,moderate 88 Patients Hp infections,severe Hp infections in 4 Patients.Gland atrophy seen in this group 42 Patients,45.65%;35 Patients of atypical hyperplasia,accounting for 38.04%;intestinal metaplasia are 15 Patients,accounting for 16.31%.Conclusion:The cause of Chronic atrophic gastritis are The age,smoking,drinking,and so on.At present,Chronic atrophic gastritis of the main diagnostic tool is gastroscopy. ......
