腹腔镜胆囊切除术后穿刺孔出血的防治
【摘要】目的:探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术后穿刺孔并发出血的防治。方法:回顾分析1997年以来,我院行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的2033例临床资料,对并发术穿刺孔出血的患者进行分析。结果:发生切口出血16例,发生率为0.78%。结论:腹腔镜胆囊切除术所遇情况复杂、多变,随着腹腔镜胆囊切除术经验积累,掌握手术技巧,可减少伤口出血。【关键词】腹腔镜胆囊切除术;穿刺孔出血doi:10.3969/j.issn.1006-1959.2010.09.138文章编号:1006-1959(2010)-09-2422-02
Prevention of bleeding in the puncture during Laparoscopic CholecystectomyPENG Jin
【Abstract】Objective:To explore how to prevent and therapy the bleeding in the puncture during LC.Methods:The clinic data of 16 patients who had been reoperated in 2033 cases of LC after 1997 were analyzed.Results:16 patients had the puncture bleeding and the rate was 0.78%.Conclusions:The LC operation is complex.The keys to reduce the rate of bleeding need accumulate experience,operatingcarefully.
