我院门诊处方评价与合理用药分析
【摘要】目的:了解我院门诊处方的规范性和合理用药情况。方法:采用回顾性调查,随机抽取我院2009年7月至12月门诊处方11600张,按照处方基本指标及不合理用药项目填写表格,对其进行统计分析。结果:我院门诊处方平均用药品种数1.75种,抗菌药物应用比例17.60%,注射剂应用比例16.45%,使用药品通用名比例98.34%,平均处方金额104.52元。结论:根据《处方管理办法》,我院门诊处方达到规定要求。【关键词】门诊处方;评价;合理性

【Abstract】Objective:To understand the normative prescriptions in our hospital and rational drug use.Methods:A retrospective survey of randomly selected homes in July 2009 to December 11600 outpatient prescriptions,according to the basic indicators and irrational prescription drug program fill out a form,its statistical analysis.Results:The average hospital outpatient prescription number of drugs 1.75 kinds of application of antimicrobial agents ratio 17.60% 16.45% the proportion of injection applications,the use ratio of 98.34% generic drugs,the average amount of 104.52 yuan prescription.Conclusion:According to 《Prescription Management》,hospital outpatient prescription meets the requirements. ......
