品管圈在降低留置尿管非计划拔管护理中的应用(1)

摘要：目的 应用品管圈活动降低留置尿管非计划拔管率，提高护理安全。方法 成立"品管圈"，确立活动主题，对活动前后两组共705例置管患者进行调查，分析意外拔管的相关因素，采取相应措施。结果 对照组非计划拔管率为0.63%；观察组非计划拔管率为2.19%，采取措施后非计划拔管率明显下降。结论 品管圈活动在降低留置尿管意外拔管率中效果显著，不仅提高了护理工作质量和患者满意度，同时还提高了圈员的积极性。
