摘要：目的 探讨M医院固定资产管理存在的问题，提出建议，促进固定资产管理规范化。方法 制定M医院固定资产管理制度，按规定流程清产核资，提高固定资产管理效果。结果 完善了M医院固定资产管理制度，规范了医院固定资产管理，达到固定资产保值增值的目的。结论 加强固定资产管理是提高医院经济效益的有效途径。
