摘要：目的 了解护士离职的原因，找到相关的对策，为促进护理专业的健康发展，医院业务的正常开展提供参考。方法 采用一般的资料收集法，分析护士离职现象，找到相关对策。结果 保持护理队伍的稳定，需要管理者的重视，全社会共同参与。
