摘要：目的 探讨小儿原发性肾病综合症的护理措施。方法 选取我院收治的原发性肾病综合症患儿35例，对其进行综合系统临床护理干预措施，观察其临床症状、体征及血容量变化等情况。 结果 经给予积极治疗配合综合护理措施后，患儿临床症状改善显著，电解质紊乱得到纠正，无1例患儿死亡。结论 小儿原发性肾病综合症临床症状表现多样，严重程度不一，及时配合治疗采取综合系统临床护理干预措施，能有效改善症状，减少并发症发生，提高治疗效果。
