摘要：目的 了解医学论文中红细胞体积分布宽度(red cell volume distribution width，RDW)的规范使用情况。方法 检索万方医学网中2013年1月～2015年9月以标题中含有红细胞分布宽度字段并有全文的论文共有241篇，其中对2014年全年度中标题中含有红细胞体积分布宽度一词的论文做了具体统计分析。结果 正确使用的仅占9.20%。结论 红细胞体积分布宽度的规范化使用情况不容乐观，应充分重视该名称的规范使用，且对红细胞体积分布宽度的两种表示方法：红细胞体积分布宽度-变异系数(red cell volume distribution width-Coefficient of Variation，RDW-CV)与红细胞体积分布宽度-标准差(red cell volume distribution width-standard deviatio，RDW-SD)的不同临床意义进行了陈述。
