角色扮演结合工作行为训练对分裂症康复期的治疗影响(1)
摘 要：目的 探討角色扮演结合工作行为训练对分裂症康复期的治疗影响。方法 选择2016年6月～2017年6月对120例精神分裂症患者，按批次分成四组，每组30例，单纯给予药物维持治疗为单纯药物对照组，开展角色扮演结合药物维持治疗为心理治疗对照组，开展工作行为训练结合药物维持治疗为护理技术对照组，开展角色扮演结合工作行为训练结合药物维持治疗为研究组，对四组观察治疗12周，采用社会功能缺陷筛选量表评分来观察疗效。结果 治疗12周后研究组SDSS评分(1.31±0.47)分低于单纯药物对照组(3.52±1.55)分、心理护理对照组(2.55±0.86)分、护理技术对照组(2.62±0.89)分，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗12周后研究组有效率(70.00%)高于单纯药物对照组(50.00%)、心理治疗对照组(60.00%)、护理技术对照组(56.67%)，差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论 角色扮演结合工作行为训练对分裂症康复期患者社会功能的恢复有显著改善作用，可作为临床参考。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of role-playing combined with work behavior training on the treatment of schizophrenia during rehabilitation.Methods From June 2016 to June 2017，120 patients with schizophrenia were divided into four groups，30 patients in each group.The drug maintenance treatment alone was given as a drug control group，and role-playing drug maintenance therapy was used as a psychotherapy control group.Work behavior training combined with drug maintenance therapy was a control group for nursing care.A role-playing combination of work-behavior training combined with drug maintenance therapy was conducted in the study group.Four groups of observation and treatment were performed for 12 weeks.The social function defect screening scale was used to observe the efficacy.Results After 12 weeks of treatment，the SDSS score(1.31±0.47)in the study group was lower than that in the drug control group(3.52±1.55)，the psychological care control group(2.55±0.86)，and the nursing care control group(2.62±0.89)，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)；after 12 weeks of treatment，the effective rate in the study group(70.00%)was higher than that in the drug control group(50.00%)，the psychotherapy control group(60.00%)，and the nursing care control group (56.67%)，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Role-playing combined with work behavior training can significantly improve the recovery of social function in patients with schizophrenia during rehabilitation，and can be used as a clinical reference.
