咬合诱导在牙源性错牙合畸形中的早期应用分析(1)
摘 要：目的 探析咬合诱导在儿童早期牙源性错牙合畸形中的应用效果。方法 选取我院收治的46例早期牙源性错牙合畸形患儿为主要对象，采用随机分配的原则分为对照组和观察组，每组23例。对照组采用固定矫治，观察组采用咬合诱导，观察两组患儿治疗后6个月、12个月的临床治疗有效率、患儿家属满意度。结果 观察组治疗后6个月、12个月的有效率与对照组相比，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患儿家属的满意度评分为(92.13±2.28)分，高于对照组的(84.15±2.32)分，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患儿的VAS疼痛评分优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在早期牙源性错牙合畸形的治疗上，咬合诱导是一种有效的治疗方法，且患儿家属的满意度相对较高，故值得在临床上进一步推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of occlusal induction in early odontogenic malocclusion in children.Methods 46 children with early odontogenic malocclusion were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=23)and observation group(n=23).The control group was treated with fixed therapy，the observation group was induced by occlusal，observe the clinical treatment efficiency of the two groups of children after 6 months and 12 months of treatment，and the family satisfaction of the children.Results There was no significant difference between the 6 months and 12 months after treatment in the observation group compared with the control group (P>0.05).The satisfaction score of the family members of the observation group was(92.13±2.28)points，which was higher than that of the control group(84.15±2.32)points，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS pain score of the observation group was better than that of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of early odontogenic malocclusion，occlusal induction is an effective treatment method，and the degree of satisfaction of the children's family members is relatively high，so it is worth further promotion and application in clinical practice.

错牙合畸形是常见的儿童口腔疾病。儿童出生后半年到12周岁之间是牙齿咬合发育和形成的关键时期，在这个时间段内，儿童的乳牙形成，會完成乳牙和恒牙的更换，该时期儿童牙齿的咬合情况关系到其面部发育，甚至会影响儿童的智力发育[1]。本研究以46例早期错牙合畸形患儿为主要对象，对咬合诱导在儿童早期牙性错牙合畸形中的应用效果进行评价，具体如下。
1资料与方法
1.1一般资料 本研究选取2016年12月～2017年12月天津市口腔医院收治的46例早期牙性错牙合畸形患儿为主要对象，本研究经医院伦理委员会批准。采用随机分配的原则将患儿分为对照组和观察组，每组23例。对照组中，男性患儿13例，女性患儿10例；年龄3～10岁，平均年龄(5.56±1.28)岁。观察组中，男性患儿14例，女性患儿9例；年龄4～11岁，平均年龄(5.89±1.54)岁。两组患儿的年龄、性别资料对比，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，具有可比性。, 百拇医药(阙禧韬)
