复方聚乙二醇联合二甲硅油在结肠镜检查中的应用效果观察(1)

     摘 要:目的 探討复方聚乙二醇联合二甲硅油在结肠镜检查中的应用效果。方法 选取我院收治的100例接受无痛肠镜检查的患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组50例。对照组口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散,实验组在行肠道准备后口服复方聚乙二醇散以及二甲硅油,对比两组患者的肠道内气泡量存在程度、检查操作总时间以及肠道清洁程度。结果 实验组患者的检查操作总时间为(11.60±1.50)min,短于对照组的(17.10±2.31)min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者肠道清洁程度Ⅰ级+Ⅱ级46例,Ⅲ级+Ⅳ级4例;而对照组患者肠道清洁程度Ⅰ级+Ⅱ级47例,Ⅲ级+Ⅳ级3例,组间对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组患者肠道内气泡量Ⅰ级49例,Ⅱ级1例,而对照组患者肠道内气泡量Ⅰ级15例,Ⅱ级21例,Ⅲ级10例,Ⅳ级4例,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 复方聚乙二醇联合二甲硅油用于肠道检查前的肠道准备的效果较为显著,可以有效降低肠道内的气泡量存在程度,且视野的清晰度更高,操作时间也更短。

    Application Effect of Compound Polyethylene Glycol Combined with Dimeticonein Colonoscopy

    Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of compound polyethylene glycol combined with dimethicone in colonoscopy.Methods 100 patients who underwent painless colonoscopy in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 50 cases in each group. In the control group, the compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte was orally administered. In the experimental group, the compound polyethylene glycol powder and dimethicone were orally administered after enteral preparation, and the degree of airway in the intestine, the total time of examination and the cleanliness of the intestine were compared between the two groups.Results The total operation time of the experimental group was (11.60±1.50) min, which was shorter than that of the control group (17.10±2.31) min,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In the experimental group, the degree of intestinal cleansing was grade I+II in 46 cases, and grade III+IV in 4 cases. In the control group, the intestinal cleanliness was grade I+II in 47 cases, grade III+IV in 3 cases, and comparison between groups,the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). In the experimental group, the amount of air in the intestine was 49 in grade I and 1 in grade II. In the control group, there were 15 cases of grade I in the intestine, 21 cases of grade II, 10 cases of grade III, 4 cases of grade IV, and comparison between groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of compound polyethylene glycol combined with dimethicone on intestinal preparation before intestinal examination is significant, which can effectively reduce the degree of air bubbles in the intestinal tract, and the definition of visual field is higher and the operation time is shorter., 百拇医药(盛珺 姜莉 安然)
