摘要：结直肠癌是全球常见的消化系统恶性肿瘤之一，不仅恶性程度高，而且发病率与死亡率逐年上升。TNF-α可在多种病理状态下过量分泌，其在促进结直肠癌的发生和发展中具体重要的作用，日益受到国内外学者的关注。本文主要就TNF-α在结直肠癌中的表达、与肿瘤微环境以及临床特征的关系作一综述，旨在为早期预防及治疗结直肠癌提供参考。
