基于Triangle分层管理的预见性护理对ICU重症患者护理效果及质量的影响(1)
摘要：目的 分析基于Triangle分层管理的预见性护理对ICU重症患者压疮发生率、治疗效果及护士管理能力的影响。方法 选取2018年6月～2019年4月在我院治疗的ICU重症患者400例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各200例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组给予基于Triangle分层管理的预见性护理，比较两组压疮发生率、压疮治疗效果及护士管理能力。结果 观察组压疮发生率为3.50%，低于对照组的8.50%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组压疮治疗总有效率100.00%，高于对照组的78.50%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组压疮知识知晓度(96.11±2.01)分、压疮准确评估(98.10±1.97)分均高于对照组的(80.01±1.90)分、(81.00±2.04)分，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于Triangle分层管理的预见性护理可预防压疮的发生，有助于改善压疮治疗效果，提高护理人员压疮管理水平。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the influence of predictive nursing based on Triangle hierarchical management on the incidence of pressure ulcers， treatment effect and nurse management ability of ICU patients.Methods From June 2018 to April 2019， 400 patients with severe ICU treated in our hospital were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group， 200 cases each. The control group received routine care， and the observation group was given predictive care based on Triangle stratified management， comparing the incidence of pressure ulcers， treatment effectiveness of pressure ulcers， and nurse management abilities.Results The incidence of pressure ulcers in the observation group was 3.50%， lower than 8.50% in the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); The total effective rate of pressure ulcer treatment in the observation group was 100.00%， higher than 78.50% of the control group， the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the knowledge awareness of pressure ulcer in the observation group (96.11±2.01) points，the accurate evaluation of pressure ulcer (98.10±1.97) scores were higher than those of the control group (80.01±1.90) scores，(81.00±2.04) scores， the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The predictive care based on Triangle hierarchical management can prevent the occurrence of pressure ulcers， help improve the treatment effect of pressure ulcers， and improve the management level of pressure ulcers of nursing staff.
