【摘要】目的：观察中医药治疗恶性肿瘤放化疗外周血白细胞减少症的疗效。方法：将88例恶性肿瘤放化疗致外周血白细胞减少症患者随机分为2组，治疗组采用归芪升白汤，对照组服西药鲨肝醇片、利血生片、维生素B4片等；当外周血白细胞减少至2.0×109/L时，均联合使用粒细胞集落刺激因子。结果：治疗组有效率高于对照组，两组比较有统计差异(P<0.01)。结论：中药治疗恶性肿瘤放化疗致外周血白细胞减少症有显著疗效。
