    【摘 要】目的：探讨针对性护理服务对老年冠心病患者的护理效果。方法：选取2019年1月至2021年7月我院收治的180例老年冠心病患者，随机分成两组。对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取针对性护理服务。对比两组患者的护理效果。结果：护理后，两组的生活质量评分明显升高(P<0.05)，且观察组患者的生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)；护理后，两组的健康行为评分均明显升高(P<0.05)，且观察组患者的健康行为评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：针对性护理服务能明显改善老年冠心病患者的健康行为和生活质量。
