    【摘 要】目的：探讨医院感染控制中手术室细节护理管理的效果分析。方法：选取2020年2月—2021年4月我院收治的在手术室接受治疗的患者100例，并随机分为观察组和对照组，每组50例，对照组采用常规护理方式，观察组在对照组的基础上采用细节护理管理措施，对比两组效果。结果：观察组的护理满意度评分、护理质量评分及护理人员综合考评评分、医院感染及不良事件发生率均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：细节护理在手术室管理中的应用，无论是对手术室管理质量还是医院感染控制效果均有重要作用，相较于常规护理，其可有效减少不良事件和医院感染的发生。
