    【摘 要】目的：探讨舒适护理干预在高血压患者护理中的价值。方法：选择2019年8月至2021年9月我院内科96例高血压患者，随机分为观察组和对照两组，每组各48例(n=48)。观察组接受舒适护理方案，对照组采取常规护理方案。观察两组患者血压水平的改善情况，比较生活质量评分等指标。结果：观察组干预后的舒张压、收缩压均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预后的生活质量评分为(93.65±3.21)分，比对照组的(84.19±4.08)分高(P<0.05)。结论：采取舒适护理措施对高血压患者进行干预，可明显改善其血压水平，提高生活质量。
