    【摘要】目的：探讨车祸所致重度颅脑外伤患者实施急救护理干预的临床效果。方法：抽取我院在2019年1月—2021年1月收治的车祸重度颅脑外伤的患者80例作为研究对象，根据护理方案不同分为两组，对照组实施常规的护理措施，观察组实施急救护理干预，比较护理效果。结果：观察组实施急救护理方法后急救的成功率明显优于对照组，患者家属的满意度高于对照组，组间的数据存在差异性(P<0.05)。结论：对于车祸致重度颅脑外伤的患者经急救护理干预后提高抢救的整体效果，提升患者满意度，值得临床推广。
